Situated a mere 29 kilometres South East from
Windhoek on a hilltop overlooking a spectacular
landscape, GOCHEGANAS is a Luxury Lodge offering
a unique combination of Wildlife, Nature and
Wellness experiences. With 25 different wildlife
species located on a 6000 hectare Nature
Reserve, game drives and walking activities are
welcomed as an enriching experience. Wellness
facilities and treatments of a world class
standard ensure a renewal of mind, body and
spirit.
Accommodation
We offer 16 totally Private Chalets under
thatched roof with uninterrupted and spectacular
views over the surrounding Reserve. Our
luxurious accommodation consists of 15 Elegant
Chalets and a Family Chalet. We have 15
spacious Elegant suites all boasting with a
private timber deck , equipped with
air-conditioner, television, minibar and
telephone. All 15 rooms have en-suite
bathrooms with a separate toilet and 10 of the
suites offer twin beds and outdoor showers,
whilst the other 5 rooms offer king-size beds.
THE FAMILY SUITE This private family
suite consists of two separate double bedrooms
connected by a spacious terrace. These bedrooms
each have their own en-suite bathroom. The rooms
are equipped with air-conditioner, television,
minibar and telephone.
Wellness Facilities
GRANITE BATH This sauna is build with Granite
Stone from Gocheganas Nature Reserve. These
stones are heated by natural fire, then immersed
into fountain water, upon which their energy is
released KNEIPP Chilled Natural Spring
water flows over your body with this special
therapy shower to stimulate and activate the
nerve endings of the body by increasing blood

POOLS The heated indoor swimming pool is
build under a cathedral-like masonry vault,
while the cold outdoor swimming pool is situated
on an Oasis Peninsula with breathtaking views.

GocheGanas Nature Reserve
Admire 25 different large game species roaming
the 6000 hectare Nature Reserve, totaling
approx. 1,600 Animals: Rhino, Bat-eared Fox,
Giraffe, Mountain- and Plains Zebra, Cheetah,
Jackal and Leopard, Blue- and Black Wildebeest,
Eland, Oryx, Red Hartebeest, Kudu, Springbok,
Waterbuck, Steenbok, Duiker, Klipspringer,
Ostrich and Warthog. A fascinating variety of
birds are spreaded over the Reserve and can be
spotted at the Wellness Village, as well as at
the surrounding water places.
From
Windhoek:-
Drive 20 km on the
B1 road towards
Rehoboth. Turn into D1463 road,
travel for for 9 km, turn
right at Lodge.
From Hosea Kutako International
Airport:- Drive 14.5 km towards
Windhoek and turn left onto C23 road towards
Dordabis. After 33.5 km, turn right onto D1463
road. Drive for 28 km and turn left at the
Lodge.
